I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade and coaching women to get in the best shape of their lives for over six years. During that time, I’ve helped over 1,600 women all over the world lose fat, build muscle, and keep it off for good using my 3-phase Transformed Her Method.
My passion for helping women transform their bodies comes from my own journey. Growing up, I was naturally skinny, with no muscle tone and no real strength. But in college, I gained over 25 lbs and felt completely uncomfortable in my own skin. I tried dieting, starving myself, and bouncing from workout to workout—nothing worked long term.
That’s when I discovered lifting and fell in love with training. I realized there had to be a better way than endless dieting and frustration. I invested in my first coach, dove deep into research, and completed countless certifications and courses. Over the years, I combined my personal experience with proven strategies to create a system that actually works for real women, in real life.
Now, my mission is simple: to help women lose fat, feel confident, and gain energy without giving up the foods they love or living in the gym. I’ve been there, I get it, and I’ve built a method that makes transformation achievable, sustainable, and empowering.

BECOME HER PHASE (Maintenance, Mastery & Lifestyle Freedom):
This is the phase where transformation becomes your new normal. Your metabolism and hormones are now working in harmony, giving you consistent energy and balance. You’ll know exactly how to eat, train, and live in a way that maintains your results — without overthinking it. You’ll feel confident, empowered, and in full alignment with the woman you’ve become.
Optional Strategy: DEFINE & REVEAL HER PHASE:
Based on your progress and goals, we may implement a short-term mini-cut (8 weeks) to drop any excess body fat and reveal more muscle definition — without compromising your metabolism or hormonal balance. This highly personalized strategy helps you refine your physique — it’s not required for every client but can be a powerful finishing touch before you fully EMBODY HER.
